How much does a private party cost?

Normally, we ask for a minimum of ten painters for a private party. Our prices are $35 per painter. If the party is not in our studio, we will ask for a small travel and set-up fee. We are a small business and are happy to work with your budget if you have special circumstances. We offer discounts for Non-Profits, service organizations, schools, and scouts. The best way to learn about pricing is to give us a call!

Can we bring our own food and beverages?

Absolutely! You can get catering, get food delivered, or bring any food or drink you like. We have a fridge and freezer on-site for your use. We also have a separate party room with tables where you can set up your food and drinks.

Can you come to us?

Yes! We are more than happy to do off-site events. We will come early, set up, and clean up at a venue of your choice. We ask a small travel and set-up fee for off-site events.

Can we do a custom painting?

Yes! Whether you are a company who wants to paint their logo, or are planning a party with a specific theme, we will work with you to develop a painting that fits your needs. We also have over 100 of our own paintings to choose from as well!

Can we decorate the studio?

Why of course you can! We offer anyone who books a private party to come in 30 minutes before the party to decorate the studio however they wish.

How do I book a party?

The best way to book a party is to give us a call! We want to make sure you know all of your options so you can have the best party possible. One of our team members will walk you through choosing a date and time, a painting, and will answer any questions you have. You will then make an $100 deposit to secure your date and time. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a different date.

Do you do fundraisers?

Yes, we do! We love being able to give back to our community whenever we can. You can host a private fundraiser or one that is open to the public. Just give us a call and we will go over all of the details with you.

What is included with a private party?

We will provide the paint, brushes, easels, canvases, aprons, and an instructor to guide you step by step through a painting of your choice. You get the studio for a total of 4 hours which incudes 30 minutes before your party starts for you to set up, 3 hours for the actual party itself including a 30 minute break for food, and 30 minutes at the end to clean up.

What are your hours?

We are a small business so our hours are flexible. Normally, the earliest our studio would open for a private party is 9:00am. The latest a party would go is 10:00pm. Feel free to call us if you have a special circumstances that we can accommodate.

Where can I park?

There is often street parking near the studio on Main Street. There is also a large Public Parking Lot located off C Street very close to our studio. We recommend that you instruct your guests to park there!

How many painters can the studio hold?

We have a maximum of 40 participants for our in-studio parties. Our minimum is 10 painters. If you have more than 40 people, an Off-Site option might be the right choice for you. We will bring everything and come to a venue of your choice. We have an 100 person maximum for our Off-Site Events.
